COVER CHARGE POLICY

Cover charge of Rs 250 per person (age above 2 years) is levied at the entrance. You can conveniently pay by UPI OR CARD (Cash NOT accepted).

 You are eligible to fully redeem the cover charge against your dine-in bill on the same day. We're happy to help you make the most of your visit !

The cover charge is non-refundable if you do not make a dine-in purchase. However, since it can be fully redeemed against your food bill, you effectively get value for the cover charge by dining with us.

 If you partly utilize the cover charge against your food bill, balance unutilized amount will not be refunded. For example, if the cover charge is ₹1000 & your food bill is ₹800, the ₹200 balance will not be refunded.

 The cover charge redemption is valid only on the day of payment and only against the dine-in bill.  It cannot be carried forward or used against future visits. 

In case you misplace your receipt, kindly note that duplicate receipts cannot be issued. It is the guest's responsibility to keep it safely.

 It is the customer's responsibility to present the cover charge receipt at the time of dine-in billing for redemption.  Our team will be happy to assist you !

Dine-in Table reservations are guaranteed only for guests who have made a prior reservation. We recommend booking in advance (4 to 5 days ahead for weekends and public holidays) to ensure availability.

For walk-in guests, duration of wait time will vary depending on availability. We cannot guarantee immediate seating for walk-ins
